All start in Europe and continue in France, Italy and England.Before the 1450 the witch-craft are okay, the people considered the witches more like doctors or “curanderos” in steed of satanic persons. The witches used to venerate the nature, not the devil.Went the witch hunt started, the early Christians started to said the heresy and the witches was persons who talk with the devil and they have to killed because in the bible said “You can not let a witchlive”. In 1484 the witch hunt turn more, the people begging to used the witch hunt for kill his enemies. The idea of the government was make the people have fear of the other persons in the village.Went somebody accuses another person of witch-craft, they need evidence.

The methods to see if a person is a witch or not was:-Naked the women’s to see if don’t have marks or “witch teeth”.
-They drown the persons; they said that the water was pure, so the water makes the witches float.
-Torture for confession.
Do heresy orwitch-craft was a capital crime, and was punishing with death.
In 1629 a group of “Puritans” and started a village name “City of the Hill”. They were a really extreme Christians. The priest of thePuritans have 2 daughters and his wife, who always was sick, so they leave the daughters with they maid “Tituba” who was an Indian person that practices voodoo and see the future.
