Son las acciones realizadas por los componentes delas Fuerzas Armadas, para colaborar con el desarrollo socio-económico de la población civil en todos los niveles. Ella es conducida con conocimiento, equipos y recursos militares, en colaboración conorganismos públicos o privados, con el objeto de mejorar el concepto de la población civil hacia la Fuerza Militar, de colaborar con aquellas áreas perjudicadas por las operaciones militares, porcalamidades públicas o carentes de la acción oficial.
Los Planes de Acción Cívico – Militar son aquellas acciones en las cuales los componentes de la Fuerza Armada participan con la finalidad decolaborar con el desarrollo de la sociedad civil. En estas acciones la Fuerza Armada participa con sus conocimientos, equipos o con sus recursos humanos en conjunto con organismos públicos y privados....
