Illicit

Illegal trade rates grow every day and could become a cancer that attacks all societies and global macroeconomics itself. I am not talking about something that is new or emerging, it isan activity as old as the industry itself and the main culprits are all who at some point contributed to the growth of this industry underground to save a few dollars.
Illicit – “disapproved of ornot permitted for moral or ethical reasons, not legally permitted or authorized; unlicensed; unlawful.”

Many times we might have the idea that by buying a bootleg movie or a fake purse we are notdoing any harm, yet we are causing an economic damage to all of us by being involved in the production of plagiarized material. It is also encouraging organizations to extend their ambitious criminalclaims to other markets that could be more lethal. The manufacture of aircraft parts, cars, drugs, and even the trafficking of drugs and humans, is not only putting our lives and health at risk, but italso enriches and gives more power to these organizations. These will eventually come to have a significant influence in the government having control over a whole nation, that's the extent of illegaltrade.
The housing market has been a channel for money laundering and this chain is unstoppable and global. Having both powers, economically and politically, makes it easier to corrupt even thehonest authorities which infiltrate in the highest levels of officials in order to be able to manipulate the system. Governments are unable to confront or stop these activities giving these ruthlessindividuals more power to corrupt the structure that is affecting all of us.
Illicit trade is out of control and when it is that level it involves all of us. Only a few years ago there was a bigoutbreak at Panama where thousands got sick and hundreds died. I take it personal because many believe that counterfeit products is a way of saving a few bucks, but my people got sick and many died because...
