The Milling Machines were first invented and developed by Eli Whitney, to mass produce of interchangeableparts. Although crude, this machine assisted man in maintaining accuracy and uniformity while duplicating parts that could not be manufactured with the use of a file.
Milling is a machining cuttingmaterial. The milling operation is which can be removed by material using one piece one or more rotating with strawberries one or more teeth (filossharp).
The router is used for performing work onsurfaces flat or irregular profiles, could also be used for carving gears and threads, drilling holes and drill out, slots keyways and graduate with precision measures regularly spaced.
The main features ofa router are:
* POWER. Softwood milling and agglomerates, simply a power of 500 w. Milling other materials such as DM, hardwoods, plastics, acrylics, drywall, etc. will require more power (fromabout 800 w).
* SPEED. It is important that they have an electronic speed control or at least several speeds, to adapt it to the type and hardness of the material that we are working. The maximumspeed must be at least about 22,000 rpm.
* RACE LENGTH. Or what is the same, the depth of cut. It is very important to choose a machine with a maximum depth of cut according to the work that wewill do. This maximum depth of cut should be at least 40 mm, and some machines to 65 mm.
* CLAMP DIAMETER. It is highly recommended to get clips of 6 and 8 mm to adapt more strawberries.
