MFP Preparation
   The MFP must be an e-BRIDGEIII machine (e-STUDIO455 Series, e-STUDIO855 Series, e-STUDIO4520c Series, e-STUDIO6530c Series) 08 code 702 must be set to “1” The eFMSServer must be one of the trap addresses in the SNMP trap list

Firmware Preparation
The firmware needs to be prepared into a zip file with the proper directory structure. There are two usable directorystructures

All Files in Zip File Root In this structure, all the firmware files (mentusb2.o and all the firmware binaries) are in the root ofthe zip file. In this format, there should be no subdirectories. Zip File With Machine Folder Structure In this structure, the zip file uses the same directory structure as the USB update. Thementusb2.o file is in the root of the zip file and the firmware goes into a directory specific folder. In this format the zip file can have multiple series firmware in the same file. Watch for these pitfalls when creating the zip file  Some zipprograms use a proprietary format by default when creating zip files.
