SUMMARY

“At present, food sovereignty is a concern at the level of Latin America, issues such as fuel production base of raw materials such as corn and sugarcane are of great interest in our country but we should not be a priority given that a state in which there is no food security there can be no development offood-based fuels, the lack of institutions that promote the industrialization of the products in Manabí motivates us to develop alternatives for growth for our people.
Proposals such as creating a business incubator popular initiatives agro experiences are shared with those most vulnerable sectors of our society (popular savings).
The strengthening of the microenterprise is a theme in the development ofthis research for this project is to promote productive initiatives primarily of families of peasants and young students seeking to develop small industries throughout the complete food supply chain system of identifying more products of our province, this will be very important for the leading role of the university as a central focus of the operations and financing of this project to itsimplementation to promote food sovereignty, the development of popular savings and overall development Manabí our province.”

RESUMEN

“En la actualidad la soberanía alimentaria es una preocupación a nivel de Latinoamérica, temas como la producción de combustible a base de materias primas como el maíz y la caña son de gran interés en nuestros países aunque nos conviene que no sea una prioridad dadoa que en un estado en el que no existe seguridad alimentaria no puede existir la elaboración de combustibles a base de alimentos; la inexistencia de instituciones que fomenten la industrialización de los productos en Manabí nos motiva a desarrollar alternativas de crecimiento para nuestros pueblos.
Propuestas como la de crear una incubadora de empresas populares agroalimentarias son iniciativastomadas de experiencias compartidas con personas de los sectores más vulnerables de nuestra sociedad (las economías populares).
El fortalecimiento de la microempresa es un tema primordial en el desarrollo de esta investigación; para este proyecto se busca impulsar las iniciativas productivas prioritariamente de familiares de campesinos y jóvenes estudiantes que busquen desarrollar pequeñas...
