Indicadores

OBJETIVOS:
1. Medir satisfacción del cliente interno y externo.
2. Reducir el porcentaje de anulaciones de cobranzas en un 5%
3. Disminuir en 5% los pagos de proveedores que están encustodia en bancos y en caja  de UPN SAC.
4. Mejoramiento continúo en el área de trabajo.

Para el cálculo del porcentaje de anulaciones realizados en el 2010 se utilizo la regla de tres simple tomando como datos los números decobranzas anuladas por cada mes en el mismo periodo y el total de cobranzas realizadas por cada mes.
