Also it treats with the design of new prototypes to save money and to make them better.
The industrial engineering includesseveral areas of activity, such as: sciences of the administration, management of chains of supply, Engineering of processes, investigation of operations, systems engineering, ergonomics, engineering of quality and process reengineering.
Some examples of the applications of the industrial engineering are: the design of new systems of work in banks, the improvements of operations and emergencies inhospitals, the global distribution of products, and the reduction and improvement of lines of wait in banks, hospitals, theme parks and systems of traffic traffic.
The industrial engineers use commonly statistics and IT malingerers, specially simulation of discreet events, for his analysis and evaluation.
