Influencia de la comida rapida
The changes in our eating habits which are provoked by a fast and stressing pace of life have made that many people think that they are forced to eat fast food frequently, so much sothat there are people who don´t take off from their cars not even in order to get it.
Food such as hamburgers, hot-dogs, french fries, fried chicken, pizzas, among others are inextricably linked withour daily feeding; however we don´t realize that we are carrying out an unbalanced diet with a lot of disadvantages and dangers for our health, is for this reason that in this writing I am going toexplain why and how fast food have turned into a problem in our society.
Fast food is a term often used to describe food that is prepared and consumed quickly. This kind of food is convenient andinexpensive; as a result we can find fast food in anyplace and buy it in MacDonald´s, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, etc. It is important to mention that this food is usually made withcheaper ingredients which contain a lot of fat.
In my personal opinion I believe that if this type of food were consumed occasionally, it won´t be a health threat, but the problem is when we used toeat this food every day without any control , replacing basic food and not being aware of the consequences that this practice brings. Moreover, we know that this food contains a lot of calories;consequently it produces an excess of energy and weight. Besides it is rich in fat, so it contributes to get easily some diseases like high blood pressure, heart attack and obesity, however bad it may seempeople continue eating this food normally.
Personally, I am against to fast food and I don´t eat it habitually because I think that we should try to balance our diet with healthy food likevegetables, fruit and also I believe that cooking or eating at home is a better option due to you can spend more time with your family talking and sharing experiences on the table, it means that we must...
