Technologies of Information and Communication (IT) have helped to society in its constant growing and constant desire of progress on many areas such as; medicine, agriculture, livestock, weather,news, entertainment, phone, GPS (Global Positioning System), school (e-learning), among many other to name few. Thus the IT are actually one of most elemental tools for survival of mankind, due thatadvantages are more than disadvantages, is the reason that IT are still growing up and being needed even more than the beginning.

Thebenefits of IT are so great that the mere fact of losing the general control of them would cause a big monetary loss or even worse, air, land and maritime disasters as the Virtual Networks areconnected each other, thus if one of them fails it could affect others. A good example would be when cellular phone signal falls off and people can’t use the cellular services generating waste of money,another one would be when a bank’s web server’s crashes, so people will not be able to access to the bank´s web page, generating waste of money too.
