Despite the belief, thatthings done by mandatory request don’t have an expected outcome, sometimes is not like it. Over the years, while the companies get bigger and richer, they don’t invest in thecommunities near them. Mandatory CSR makes this change, by forcing big corporations to create projects, in order to develop different areas in a community. The young entrepreneurs of suchcompanies should be able to carry economic, social or environmental projects that would lead to success.
Indeed, the creation of CSR projects by law could improve some communityaspects, but if these are not implemented correctly, they could be a potential social detrimental. By making CSR mandatory, companies would find themselves in the need to instructtheir current employees in the matter or to hire new employees, what would be translate in expenses. Most of the companies would rather just to develop programs with their ownexpertise, but the shortage on the CSR developing knowledge might be prejudicial to the involved communities. The capable people, who have studied the matter, should take care of thesocial problems, not the businessman.
Regarding the purpose of the possible project, this one could be manipulated by the corporation in order to give publicity to themselves.
