Dedicatoria
El trabajo de investigación monográfico lo dedicamos a nuestros padres; a quienes les debemos todo lo que tenemos en esta vida.
A Dios, ya que gracias a él tenemos esos padres maravillosos, los cuales siempre nos apoyan en lo que necesitamos, especialmente en nuestra educación.
Por último dedicamos este trabajo a nuestra profesora que nos apoyó en laelaboración de la monografía.

El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado bajo la supervisión de la profesora Martina, a la cual queremos expresar nuestro más profundo agradecimiento, por hacer posible la realización de esta monografía. Además, de agradecer su paciencia, tiempo y dedicación que tuvieron para que esto saliera de manera exitosa.
A nuestrospadres, por darnos la vida y apoyarnos en todo lo que nos hemos propuesto.
A Dios, por brindarnos la oportunidad de vivir y por permitirnos disfrutar cada momento de nuestra vida.

Presentación
El presente es un trabajo de investigación que lleva por título “El punto de vista de los pobladores de UPIS BELÉN sobre le pandillaje juvenil en su comunidad”. Esta elección no fue al azar yaque el problema de la delincuencia juvenil va en aumento y preocupa a toda la población del Perú y de Nvo. Chimbote.
Para el desarrollo de este tema recurrimos tanto a fuentes materiales (vale decir, libros, revistas, diarios, etc) como digitales (páginas web, artículos, etc). Asimismo, tratamos de realizar el trabajo de la manera más clara posible poniendo énfasis a las principales causas deeste problema.
Esperamos, de esta manera, que el material que ofrecemos al lector en esta ocasión, sea del agrado y cumpla con el objetivo principal, el cual es brindar los conocimientos referentes al serio y creciente problema de LA DELINCUENCIA JUVENIL.
Abstract
The problem statement of this research revolves around the point of view of the residents of "UPIS Bethlehem" on youth gangs intheir community.
Juvenile delinquency is one of the phenomena which now becomes more alarming for companies and is one of the criminological problems most studied internationally, as it is a global phenomenon, as it extends from wealthy families or accommodated to the poorest, is a problem that occurs in all social strata and in all corners of civilization.
In our country this is a problem that isgrowing more and therefore to analyze this problem is necessary to identify its causes, which are usually family abandonment and unemployment. For one, the family, pay no attention to the young, he makes diminish their self-esteem and, therefore, society will suffer, he sees as the main culprit of their situation. On the other hand, little job security causes the young seek the financialresources of an illegally. For this reason, he joined gangs which all share similar problems.
Given that the main recommendations are that target state support to NGOs and rehabilitation centers, but so far the state has not supported enough to these institutions, causing the lack of these to support youth.
Another suggestion is that the State provides aid to schools for them to grant better valueseducation so young people can have a high self-esteem, achieving them will not be integrated as easily gangs.
In conclusion youth either by family or economic problems decide to come together with others who are experiencing similar situations, and vandalism are these groups, which are the gangs, which generates fear in the population, because they know that gangs can attack any time, to prevent...
