RESUMENEJECUTIVO

Conocedor de la problemática de la Provincia de Loja y sobre todo en al ámbito
de telecomunicaciones, he creído pertinente realizar este proyecto de tesis al que
lo

he

denominado

SOLUCION

INTEGRAL

DE

CONECTIVIDAD

Y

TELECOMUNICACIONES (SICT) , con el único objetivo de poder llegar hasta los
sectores mas alejados, y abandonados esto es sus parroquias, ycantones.

Con este propósito he logrado integrar a los fabricantes mas grandes y serios en
tecnología para poder ofrecer servicios como: ciudad segura, video vigilancia,
televisión por cable (IPTV), video conferencia, telefonía, Internet, entre otros
presentar la mejor solución en conectividad y telecomunicaciones,.

Este proyecto lo he presentado al Gobierno Provincial de la Provincia de Loja,quien ha mostrado su interés y se ha comprometido a ejecutarlo en el año 2010,
para lo cual ya lo ha considerado dentro del presupuesto asignado para el
próximo año.

Para esto es necesario la interacción de varios componentes entre otros técnico,
legal, y económico-financiero; constituyendo así una propuesta seria para el
gobierno provincial.

Estoy seguro que esta investigación servirápara solucionar los problemas de
telecomunicaciones de mi provincia, con lo que se impulsará la competencia y el
desarrollo eficaz y eficiente de las comunicaciones en el sector.

ABSTRACT
Knowing the whole problematic of the Province of Loja, and above all its
telecommunications reality, I ve decided to make this thesis project, denominated
INTEGRAL CONNECTIVITY ANDTELECOMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION , with
the sole purpose of covering the needs of the most abandoned and remote sectors
of the province.

With this purpose, I ve managed to integrate a group of the most serious and
important technology manufacturers, in order to offer services as: secure city,
video surveillance, cable television (IPTV), video conferencing, telephony, Internet,
among others, as the bestsolution in connectivity and telecommunications.

I ve presented this project to the Provincial Government of Loja Province, who has
shown immense interest on its development, and has committed to execute it
during 2010, already assigning and considering its budget for next year.

It is then necessary the interaction of several components, among others,
technical, legal and economic;constituting a complete and serious proposal for the
provincial government.

I m certain that this research will provide telecommunications solutions for my
province, fomenting, at the time, competitiveness and effectiveness in the
telecommunications sector.
