• Why you chose it?
We chose it because, there are many people who are homeless because don’t have funds, or because a storm come and bring heavy rain causing riversoverflow leaving their houses in ruins. This make us feel bad, because we have our home where we can sleep and be safe and they don’t have it.


• How they do it?
They build transitionalhouses and with the implementation of social inclusion programs. UTPMP (Un techo Para mi Pais) denounces the precarious reality of the slums in which millions of people live. UTPMP works to involve thegeneral public in the building of a more united, inclusive poverty-free continent.




• How they receive the founds?
Through donations from companies and people by themselves. You canmake the donations through the web page.


• How they Help?
UTPMP efforts focus on solving the immediate necessity of adequate housing through the construction of basic transitional housesfor families living in extreme poverty. The construction process establishes the first bond of trust between volunteers ans residents, beginning with more permanent work in the community. Additionally,it constitutes an entrance point for many volunteers who have never before come close to the reality of poverty.

It is international, UTPMP is currently working in 18 countries in Latin America : Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, TheDominican Republic, Ecuador, Etc.
