The calm

It was a clear morning of fall and the body appeared suddenly floating on the lake. There was a strange kind of beauty at the scene. The little girl in a white and long dress, wrapped upin her own blonde hair, was dancing sweetly cradled by the quiet waters. No other sound than the thin gurgle of the waters and the early sing of the birds were breaking the silence of the scenery.There was none evidence of violence in her body, no signs of scary or horror in her sweet face. She was just smiling and in a natural way, everything looked in his right place except the fact that thegirl was dead.
It was just after midday when a lonely hunter crossed the woods and saw the little lake, which seemed to be a good place to stop for a rest. While he was sitting on a big stone a gust ofwind blew his cap falling into the water. When he turned back to pick it up, he met the dead girls' body going adrift and catching his cap with an icy, strongly closed hand. Despite the horror, ahunter could not afford to shout, so when he got his breath back, he hit the closed hand with a rough stone and wrenched the cap. Finally, he had to get out the girl from the water before looking forsome help. While he was loading the girl, he felt a presence behind him, so he looked back in order to explain what had happened but there was nobody. Suddenly, a tall and thin black shadow was movingagain behind him crossing the water but he just could see it going away through the threes and finally disappearing. Desperately, he covered the body with his jacket and ran away whereas the girls' handgrabbed the jacket's sleeves.
The hunter ran desperately to his old and dirty truck. He opened the trunk door and caught the biggest rifle; also he caught a handful of bullets and put into hisjacket’s pocket, while his hand couldn’t stop shaking. Suddenly he heard a rustle of leaves moving. He turned back, but he couldn’t see anything. Once he recovered the calm, he entered to his truck, took...
