• Excellent Process Performance Reliability (365 days - 24/7): due to the inherent stability of our biological media,our odour control systems can tolerate significant spikes, as well as a wide variations in inlet feed conditions, without adversely affecting system performance.

• No Chemical Usage: Biowaysystems do not require the use of oxidizing and pH adjustment chemicals, thereby eliminating delivery, storage and handling of hazardous compounds by plant operators and personnel. Also, by eliminatingchemicals, the plant will significantly reduce its annual operating cost.

• Standardized Modular Construction: Bioway systems' vessels are constructed of Acid Corrosion Resistant Materials, HighDensity Polyethylene (HDPE) or FRP with a special Gel Coat or PVC liners, assuring protection against acid corrosion and thereby guaranteeing long product service life. Modular design allows for simplicityand low cost of plant expansion.

• Smallest Footprint: due to the high substrate loading rates achievable with Bioway's bioreactors, our systems utilize only a fraction of the surface area ofother odour control systems.
