Influence of American Values ​​and Culture of their People
The word culture can encompass different meanings, as it can be seen from differentperspectives. When we talk about culture it is important to consider art, institutions, places, analog and digital languages, symbols and others. Culture is a kind of social fabric that incorporatesdifferent forms and expressions of a given society. Therefore, customs, practices, ways of being, rituals, and different types of dress and behavior standards are topics within the culture. Anotherissue that is important in the daily lives of Americans is the set of American values. Values are important because they help structure the nature and personality of citizens; it is amazing to realize howthese two issues influence the way people write their songs. One example is the song ‘I Made It’ by Kevin Rudolf which is be at the center of this essay and we see in it the values ​​outlined.(Teaching and Learning Languages: A Guide, 2013)
The song ‘I Made It’ highlights the values of change and action-orientation. These values are viewed positively in American culture. Change is seenas a positive switching and indicates that out of a bad situation one can enter a new one and this can be seen in the part of the song "Known from the city where no one Believed in me, But I nevergive up the fight.
