Estimated diary, I would like to indicate in view of the elections, a topic that has been left to be in these days, I refer to the migrations in Chile andinternational, since we know this topic it began many years ago, nevertheless it is not necessary to lose of sight that in Chile the great phenomenon most that themigration was the emigration. Generally in the Government of the President Aylwin, he headed the first process of update of the migratory legislation,introducing important modifications in the law, which international commitments assumed by Chile allowed to gather in relation with the refugees. And so on things werehappening with this topic. The idea of indicating this in my letter is that I want to give a minute of culture all the Chileans who do not know since it was thisabroad and in Chile.
It exists in USA and in other countries persons who emigrated from his country, it is not easy to live like that, any more when thelegislation does not help you very much to the topic of the migrations. Now I must indicate that the topic of the international migrations has diversifiedworldwide. It demonstrates in the high and increasing number of countries systematic and significantly implied in the international migrations and in themultiplication of migratory routes.
