Adjectives - Adjetivos
An adjective is a Word that produces a little change in a noun. In English, the adjectives precede the nouns they modify. Examples:

The big lake (el lago grande)
The oldtown (el pueblo viejo)
A pretty girl (una muchacha bonita)

In the part of the book named Vocabulary appears a section with adjectives placed according to different categories:

Un adjetivo es unapalabra que causa una ligera modificación en un sustantivo, o que expresa una característica del mismo. En inglés, los adjetivos van antes del sustantivo que modifican. Ejemplos:

The big lake (el lagogrande)
The old town (el pueblo viejo)
A pretty girl (una muchacha bonita)
