What makes a good boss

In this essay I’m going to mention three important skills that make a good boss for me. After being searching, I’m going to explain what I found, so you canunderstand what and why I decide to choose each quality. Every boss has to have at least these qualities to be good at his job, and be an example for their employees.

First of all, a good boss must be agood listener. Most of the bosses never listen to their employees, therefore they rarely know what’s going on around them. For me, communication is an important part in a job, they may have some goodadvices for you. Is good to meet with the employees face to face, and pay attention about they say, they may come up with ideas and recommendations that may can be very useful.

Second of all, bossesmust have charisma and be able to inspire, and motivate their employees. A good boss must be charismatic, by trying to made their employees feel inspire in their jobs, so they are going to be happy,and consequently, they are going to be more productive. Also, make them feel motivate by incentives, and by creating a friendly working environment. Studies show that when employees work on projectsthey enjoy, and in a friendly atmosphere, they tend to be a lot more productive.

Finally, a boss needs to recognize their employees, let them know they are appreciated. Everybody needs to beappreciated and recognize by their work, and sometimes this is even better than the salary. In fact, studies show that the approval and applause are much more meaningful to people than their financial gains.If you want to be heard, first you have to listen so your employees start trusting in you. Also, charismatic bosses make a comfortable place for work. Finally, recognizing employees makes them feelproud with themselves and so, work hardly. For me these are important qualities of being a good boss, people know when they have a low working efficiency, and this decrease their confidence. If you...
