Be careful what you wish

Have you ever had one of those nightmares in which you feel you’re about to die? Well, that is exactly what happened to me yesterday. It was a dark and stormy night.Actually it was quite terrible. The rain fell in torrents and the wind pelted against the trees so violently that the branches hit the windows and thus made a very spooky sound.
I was all alone in myhouse and because of that it seemed bigger than it usually does. I decided to stay and watch a movie in the living room so I locked all the doors and all the windows and brought quilt and pillow,soft drinks, candy, chips and some DVDs. Hidden under the quilt I started the first movie. It was an old English comedy. I felt totally safe under my quilt and the movie made me in a very good mood.Suddenly I heard a big bang. Then I felt a cold breeze coming from one of the windows. I looked at the window and saw that it had blown up. I thought it was very strange because I was quite sure that Ihad closed all the windows. At once, a giant flash of lightening struck the garden and I saw a dark figure. I gasped for breath as I was very scared, but I had to know what it was so I walked closer tothe window to see if it really was true what I’d seen. Another huge lightning struck, but the figure was gone. I sighed with relief, but when I was about to draw the curtains I saw the blackfigure again. It was just outside the window and it stared directly at me. It was a man who didn’t seem very nice. He had a long scar from one cheek over his nose and onto the other cheek. His mouth wasshaped like a creepy laugh. He shouted to me through the window ’’What you want you’ll get’’ and then he disappeared. I was very scared and ran over to the couch and under the quilt.
While Iwas lying under the quilt I thought about what the man had said to me. ’’What you want you’ll get’’. What a weird thing to say. I didn’t know what it meant. I started to think of the things I wanted...
