2. Objective:
Our primary goal as already mentioned isthe automation of the process to reveal an dental x-ray and so we can save time for dentists
3. Steps:
This process consists of 5 steps:
* Revealed
* Rinse
Fixation
WashingDrying

4. Revealed
Using a chemical solution known as revelator, whose function is to chemically soften the emulsion of the film during the process.
5. Rinse
Using a waterbath to wash or rinse the film, rinsing is necessary to remove the revelator off the film and stop the developing process.
6. Fixation
In this process is used a chemical solutionknown as a fixative which serves to harden the emulsion of the film during the process.
7. Washing
After fixation a water bath is used to wash the film, this step is necessary toremove the emulsion all the excessive chemicals.
8. Drying
The final step in the process is the drying of the film can be done with air at room temperature in a dust-free area, or in aheated drying cabinet. The films must be dry completely before mounting and viewing them.
