We would like to share with you the summarise about the action we agreed to take at the meeting to solve caferoma’s problems and the reason why we agreed with each one.
First of all, we need repositioning the product, It means, we need to change caferoma’s image to appeal to a different market segment because if we enter a new market it is possible to find new consumersin order to fill a gap in the market. For example, make coffee without caffeine for people who can not drink caffeinated coffee
Second, in order to increase our brand loyalty is necessary to reduce the price by 20% to 30% so that it is the medium range of products .so , we are going to get less money per product, but we are going to get more consumers, consequently more people is going toknow about our excellent products.
Finally, we need to develop a new advertising campaign to re- launch the brand because Caferoma’s brand no longer seems to be exciting and up-to-date, so in this order of ideas we are going to get more people who willing to consume our products and we are going to increase our sales.
If we implement all those possible solutions people are going to think thatwe are not expensive and we are value for money because the good quality of our products and thanks to our new advertising campaign we are going to be new, exciting and exclusive brand. maybe in the next few years we are going to have a low income, but with the pass of the years we are going to recover all those money.

We think in decrease the price as the better solution for solve our problems, because supermarkets have owns brands with prices lower than caferoma´s price. costumers
prefers low prices and we need give a price near as much as posible to the competition´s price in order to re-take the lose market

The product Caferoma will be relaunch with new image and new package because the product has a high problem that is the old fashioned.
