The Administration
The administation also known as business administration, is thesocial and technical science that deals with the planning, organization, direction and control of resources (human, financial, material, technological, knowledge, etc) of the organization, with in orderto get the maximun benefit, this benefit may be economic or social, this depending on the purpose pursued by the organization.
Decomposing the definition we have
Planning:
The process that beginswith the vision of the organizations Nº 1, the mission of the organization, setting goals, strategies and organizational policies, using as a tool the strategic map.
Sort:
Answer the questions, who?Will perform the task, involves designing the organization chart defining responsibilities and obligations.
Direct:
The influence exerted persuasión through leadership on individuals to achieveobjectives; based this decision on using logic models and also intuitive decision making.
La Administración:
La administración, también conocida como administración de empresas, es la ciencia social ytécnica que se ocupa de la planificación, organización, dirección y control de los recursos (humanos, financieros, materiales, tecnológicos, el conocimiento, etc) de la organización, con el fin deobtener el máximo beneficio posible; este beneficio puede ser económico o social, dependiendo esto de los fines que persiga la organización.
Descomponiendo la definición tenemos:
Planificar:
Es elproceso que comienza con la visión del Nº 1 de la organización, la misión de la organización; fijar objetivos, las estrategias y políticas organizacionales, usando como herramienta el mapa estratégico.Organizar:
Responde a las preguntas de ¿Quién? Va a realizar la tarea, implica diseñar el organigrama de la organización definiendo responsabilidades y obligaciones.
