THESIS STATEMENT
The current lifestyle demands a constant source of energyto survive, given the
environmental problem we face in our times; we must look for alternative
energy. Solar panels can take energy from the sun and its energy is unlimited,
however given theEarth's rotation this system is inefficient. The objective of our
project is to optimize this process making the panels move with the sun.
THE LITTLE WORK YOU DO, DO IT EFFECTIVELY
To develop a system toefficiently optimize the operation of the solar panels is
important to know what they are how they work and how they are formed.
A solar panel is a module that aims to harness as much energy comingfrom
solar radiation. In general, there are two types of solar panels: solar collectors,
which are used in a domestic way to obtain hot water, and the photo -voltaic,
used to generate electricenergy. The efficiency of a panel determines the area
of a panel given the same rated output - an 8% efficient 230 watt panel will have
twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 watt panel. Because asingle solar panel
can produce only a limited amount of power, most installations contain multiple
panels. Greater efficiency is achieved when the solar panel is located at right
angles respect to thesun.
