Should not wearing a seat-belt be illegal?

Well this is my ethical issue SHOULD NOT WEARING A SEAT-BELT BE ILLEGAL? Actually I think itshould be, why do I think that? Easy because when you aren´t wearing it you can put yourself& another person in danger. Here are myreasons why:
1. You can kill another person
2. You are putting yourself in Danger
3. You can regret about things you do
Maybe a lot of peoplethink this isn’t enough reason to wear your seat-belt, but what other reason can there be.
A lot of teenagers that drive maybe at age like 16or more say that is boring or ridiculous to wear it, but they aren´t thinking about the consequences it can have, they are only thinking abouthaving fun or just to be a “cool” person.
Another reason why I think it should be illegal is that a lot of people that drink, they don´tmeasure the speed they are going & if they have a car accident the seat-belt can save their lives.
You are probably thinking, & how doyou know this can happen? Easy all the day in the news, or anywhere you go, you see that someone crashed or “Family dies in a car accident”& all of those people didn´t save because they weren´t using the seat-belt.
CONCLUSION:
Well my conclusion is that the person that doesn’tuse the seat-belt should pay a bill of certain money or should go to jail because they are not responsible with the things that they are doing.
