The negotiation takes place since prehistoric times and throughthe time has evolved.
We understand that not just top executives or professionals are the ones who make successful negotiations, this is wrong thinking because we can observe that not only peoplewith higher qualifications or knowledge are able to get a good bargain, but all people can carry out this process without the need to be professionals or executives.
Negotiation is a process whereby twoor more people try to reach an agreement. They start exchanging opinions and views on the subject that interests them in order to reach an agreement.
The importance of the negotiations is to knowhow to negotiate, and negotiate well, acquires a fundamental importance in order to achieve better relationships in life and, therefore, more enjoyable and strong positions.
In all negotiations isimportant to distinguish what type of negotiation is to facilitate communications between people involved in this process we can highlight two types of negotiation:
Win – Win
Win – Lose
Win - Win: thepeople involved have the same goal in the negotiation, both win in the negotiation
Win – Lose: people involved in the negotiation have different objectives, a participant of the process gain and theother lose in the outcome of the negotiation.
One technique is a set of rules, standards or protocols used as mean to have a favorable negotiation.
For your pleasure to a person and to be able toaccept the negotiation you should look good appearance and does not mean that you should use brand-name clothing, no, but rather you have to look combed eyes clean with the shoes clean, with properclothing, ears clean, use good deodorant. Controlling our emotions regardless of the case that we are presenting, influence people (manipulate them or persuade them).
