RENTING A ROOM WITH A FRIEND

In this day and age in which thefinancial troubles are increasing, renting a room or apartment with another person could be a great idea when you try to choose a place to live, but it is not just only the economic part a goodadvantage, also there is another positive effects, in the same way there is some negative approaches, you should care about those.
I´d just like to say that the main advantage of renting a room with afriend is you learn to cohabit , specially for the ones have always lived with their parents , you get responsible. In addition it is more fun that living alone, that is to say you can watch a show onTV or a movie together , even you can have dinner or go to a party , furthermore you are able to learn new things or hobbies from your roommate, also if you feel sick you won´t be alone your friendcould take care of you.
Do not you think that another important point is the chores, you won´t be totally responsible for cleaning the room, tour friend can help you with the household chores, alsothe bills like telephone, electricity, gas or water can be split, in other word you are just going to pay a small amount of money.
From another point of view living with someone else can causesome problems as an example if you cannot bear in mind smoke and your friend is a smoker it is a serious thing or sometimes your friend can take your things as they are from him or her, that is to saythat she or he could abuse of your trust and it is kind of difficult to have a good coexistence, aslo some people are messy or do not like to do the chores, if your roommate is kind of that person,you may take all the responsibility of the chores.
