We use the present continuous:
- Things happening atthe time of speaking; She is watching a fashion show at the moment.
- Things happening in your lives; they are working in a bank for the summer
- Plans or arrangements for the future. Thay are going to their grandmother’s tomorrow.
- We don’t use the stative verb in PC.

We use the present perfect simple:
- Is formed with de verb have/has and the past participle of de main verbs.
- Something that happened in the past but don’t know (not important) when. They have seen this film.
- Something thathappened in the past but has a conection with the present because is important now. I have lost my keys. I can’t open my cars door.
- Something that started in the past but hasn’t finished yet. I have worked here for two years.
