My animal is the African elephant. They live in the savanna, the forest, and desert in Africa. There place it’s mostly open land with dry grass andfew tree or it’s full of tree. Elephants live can be super hot more than ninety degrees. They have long ear to fan themselves. The differencebetween the African and Asian elephant is that one has big ear like the African elephant and the Asian elephant have smaller ear.
African elephant canbe eleven feet[3.4m] tall. Male elephant are usually larger than female elephant. African elephant skin color is grey. Elephants have super powerfulbody part like their tusk. Those tusks can push down trees and to fit of enemy. Another of them is their trunk. The trunk have mussels which makesit flexible. My animal is a mammals just like us. Elephant adapt by taking care of each other and immigrating.
African elephants eat grass,roots, leaves, fruit, and bark.Elephant spend most of their time eating all day. They eat up to sixteen hour a day. African elephants is a hirbivoremeaning they only eat plants or fruits. Elephants do not eat meat.Elephants use their long trunks to reach high leaves or take down trees with theirtusk. Elephants should be careful when they cross the water because there Nile crocadles. Espelly baby elephants because they are not large like adultelephant, and their slow. I chose the African elephant because I want to learn about their lives, and how they survie ,see changes elephant go threw.
