1) General company background

History

This initiative arose from work, experience and recognition of Dr. Angela Gomez as MD, specialized in bioenergy and Reiki Master.

The results and benefits that both patients and students have gained from this knowledge, have generated significant growth in the volume of peopleserved. Therefore we felt the need to establish an institution that would address this growing demand.

SANAM is thus a way to provide a complementary therapy to people through what we call, Medicine of Conscience.

SANAM is a path, a philosophy that helps people regain their power to heal, create and transform from the awakening of consciousness.

We support and guide in this personal patheveryday. We provide knowledge, new ways of seeing life and tools to overcome the difficult circumstances that we live as human beings in all dimensions.

Medicine of Consciousness is a proposal to heal and transcend the circumstances from ourselves. Integrate knowledge, science and techniques that facilitate deep healing processes at all levels of being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.It is the result of more than 10 years of experience in the care of people who have decided to undertake a search for new ways to transcend physical illnesses, traumas, conflicts, and other conditions that cause human suffering.

The services we provide and we have called "Health Awareness"are a way of :

- Raising of consciousness facing health and the importance of mental, emotionaland physical balance
- Promote self-care and reduce the occurrence of physical illness.
- Promote and train additional techniques to help patients to maintain health and balance.
- Perform an accompaniment in the therapeutic process of patients.
- Generate well-being and improve quality of people´s life.

Today we have an important recognition based on experience and results.A large number of visitors and patients can attest to our work.

The project is an initiative of one of the owners, who has trained in traditional and alternative medicine. In his therapy sessions using different techniques, implementing millennial themes as reiki is healing by laying on of hands

10 years ago, opened a line of training and therapeutic care to patients.

Two years ago (mid 2009) reached a strategic partner to the company with a business vision in the medium and long term, incorporating the business and marketingissue, to convert what was a garage workshop in a company with its own infrastructure, a broad portfolio of services according to market needs.

Phase 1: Experience and consolidation

Phase 2: Administrative organization executed until last year, defining job profiles, developing the service portfolio and starting its implementation.

Phase 3: Development of a communication platform throughthe web. Upon being generated content and scope, developing means of payment, product extension to digital channels, defining social network strategies and integration with the target.

There are strict in the service, it is a fair and balanced, without being extreme, giving space for reflection and personal ownership.


Financial figures (turn-over, growth, etc – if available)

- Anaverage of 70 workshops a year. (2 week)


- More than 250 new attendees to the workshops in 2010


- Average attendance: 15 to 20 people in regular workshops. Between 25 and 30 people in training programs.


- Over 80 users of virtual classrooms (inside and outside the country).


The company is self-sustainable growth measured and planned, designed step by step, not generated...
