Description Tubolit is a 25/50-rated flexible black polyethylene pipe insulation for saving energy while reducing noise. Particularly effective for cost-efficient thermal insulation of domestic heating and plumbing lines. It is available in the mostfrequently specified pipe sizes and thicknesses. Tubolit is expanded without the use of CFCs or HCFCs. Uses Tubolit is recommended for use on lines operating from 0°F to 180°F. It effectively reduces heat loss on hot-water plumbing and cold-water plumbing. Tubolit is intended for use on interior mechanical system insulation applications. Outdoor installations must be protected with weather-resistantjacketing or WB Armaflex® Finish. Installation Tubolit is easy to sleeve over new pipework, or cut longitudinal seam to snap over existing pipework. Installs with simple hand tools and Armaflex 520 Adhesive. Tubolit Accessories

Description Tubolit Self-Seal is a 25/50-rated flexible black polyethylene pipe insulation for saving energy whilereducing noises. It is available pre-glued on both sides of the seam in the most frequently specified pipe sizes and thicknesses. Tubolit SS is expanded without the use of CFCs or HCFCs. Uses Tubolit SS is recommended for use on lines operating from 0°F to 180°F. It effectively reduces heat loss onhotwater plumbing and cold-water plumbing. Tubolit SS is intended for use on interior mechanical system insulation applications. Outdoor installations must be protected with weather-resistant jacketing or WB Armaflex® Finish. Installation Tubolit SS is easy to sleeve over new pipework, or cut longitudinal seam to snap over existing pipework. Use Armaflex 520 Adhesive for butt joints.
