During our Mr.President's current candidacy we have seen a change in Mexico, we have taken the firsts steps into making ourcountry a a new one. I would like to mention and base this speech on our Mr.President’s last “Dialogue for Security” meeting he had with each respective party president, some mentioned:
* Beatriz Paredes, president of the National Executive Committee for the institutional Revolutionary Party. (PRI)
* Cesar Nava, president of the Executive Committee for the National Action Party. (PAN)
*Jesus Ortega, president of the National Executive Committee for the Part of the Democratic Revolution. (PRD)
* Among others from PV, Convergence, PT, and New Alliance Party, etc.
From the beginning of the Drug War, we have had 6 public meetings and 1 private with nongovernamental organizations, industries, religious organizations, the media, experts on the topic as well as neighboringcountries to truly agree that we all must joing forces against this common enemy.

Naming other successful security tactics the ruling government has promised and accomplished include:
* Extraditions- Mexico got its hand on eighty-three alleged criminals, including the head of the Gulf Cartel. Also naming another high powered drug civilian “The Barbie”. This marks an increase of sixty-three extraditions.
* Eradication and interdiction- Mexico intensified the efforts to eradicate marijuana, dismantle methamphetamine labs and intercept cocaine shipments. Since 2002 the government has dismantled 26 labs and intercepted more than 900 pounds of cocainein a month, count that amount times 24 months.
* Combination of federal security forces- Calderon made a constitutional reform that could contemporary merge the PFP and the AFI, one mantaining public order and the other gathering intelligence for the government and other nongovernamental organizations.
* Public Security Reforms- We proposed a package of public security reforms (StratFor)...
