Research question:
Should nestle of Guayaquil implement the project of recycling tetrapak boxes containers to process them and to convert in different kind of products and in order to sell in the market?
Theoretical Framework:
Nestle from entering into a new market by selling new products to the project of recycling tetra pak containers and then to develop products derived from these as recycled cardboard paper notebooks agendas etc. Also sell aluminum pots, aluminum andpolyethylene that are chopped and compacted to form agglomerate more resistant than wood. Which can also be made cabinets desks chairs, tables etc. But we will focus on products like aluminum, paper and cardboard and things that made of polyaluminum specifically: coffee cups. And our principal competition are the companies that sell recycled paperboard and paper but although the tetra pak recycling is moreresistant. I will focus in that kind of product because my project is new and I´m trying to reduce costs and start with products that have low costs of production like those.
Methodology:
I plan to analyze about the advantages and disadvantages that that nestle will have by implementing the project of recycling tetra Pak. The project includes costs of machinery that convert the product.Techniques as SWOT considered in order knowing the potential opportunities and threats of the project, SWOT analysis is going to be executed with the purpose of showing the strengths and weaknesses that the company will have with the implementation of the project. And cost-benefit analysis and determining the benefits that my project will be have..
Primary Research:

-Have an interview with generalmanager of nestle of Guayaquil in order to get strategies that can be applied, evaluate costs and how much interest will develop this idea to supply this product to other company.

Secondary Research:
-Research how much will cost of the machinery and the maintenance.
