Advertising is a type of communication which dominates our world nowadays. This is because in the past we did not need anyone togive us information about anything, it was not complex. In the supermarket only the necessary food was bought in shopping stores only the clothes necessary for that specific moment were bought, theyhad to be confortable and useful at the same time as well. Moreover people communicated through a unique existing telephone and they listened to the radio and watched television with not muchinterruptions and complications.
However little by little life has developed, supermarkets have more variety now, for instance, they do not only offer a single brand of milk, but a wide range of them. Thissame situation can be applied to clothes and also, purchasing a cell phone is now done taking into account its efficiency, capacity, and its brand.
Before advertising was not essential, but it isevident that as humans develop, so does our society.
Nowadays, there are different brands that generate the difference between each product, personalizing it and making it unique. And to defend thisbrands advertising is fundamental because if it did not exist, this extreme variety of products would not be understood well enough and the difference between them would not be known either.Advertising teaches, describes and defines products, enterprises… it is utilized for absolutely everything, it is part of the media we are surrounded by and everyone has access to it.
