INTERVIEW: LOOKING FOR JOB
Zandy (interviewer): Good morning, welcome to the interview for the job of housekeeper at Casa Andina Hotel.
Zandy (interviewer): Tell me, why do you want to work forour company?
Giannina (interviewed): Principally, I’m interest to work for this company because I know this is a company with prestige and quality, because I know that working here I’ll feel verycomfortable, because I want to contribute to the development of the company and with my support still being the best hotel establishment of Chiclayo’s city.

Zandy (interviewer): Why should we hireyou?
Giannina (interviewee): Because I have the needed experience to run the department of housekeeping, because I have the leadership skills and work in team. I have the ability to organize my staffto give quality service and customers who come to this excellent hotel deserve.

Zandy (interviewer): What are your strengths and your weaknesses?
Giannina (interviewed): I think as strengths havingmany years of experience in hotels, the language skills, I enjoy work in team, I am creative, innovative and the most important, I have service vocation, I like the category of hotel services andtourist.
My weaknesses I must admit that I haven’t a lot of patience, I like things turn perfection, always I try to do my best, and when something goes wrong I get desperate, but I'm working on it, andI’m going to make this weakness becomes something beneficial for me.

Zandy (interviewer): What plans do you have for the future?
Giannina (interviewee): For now my principal aim is be part ofthis prestigious and excellent company, I want to contribute to its continuous development, but if you give me the chance and you are satisfied with my work I want to become the executive housekeeper ofthis hotel.
