Resumen
Las representaciones que los docentes construyen acerca de
sus alumnos orientan y deciden sus acciones, tanto en laorganización de sus tareas docentes como en los procesos de
evaluación. Distintos estudios realizados, en y fuera del ámbito
nacional aportan en este sentido (Rosenthal, 1980; Perrenoud,
1994; Oyola y otros, 1994; Kaplan, 1992; 1997). Este trabajo
expone la investigación realizada con la finalidad de conocer y
comprender las significaciones que los docentes atribuyen a
los problemas de aprendizaje:qué son, cómo se los reconoce,
cómo se llega a tener problemas para aprender, así como las
acciones que despliegan para trabajar con ellos. A partir de un
enfoque metodológico cualitativo, se entrevistó a docentes
cursantes de la Especialización Psicopedagógica en Atención
a la diversidad en el Instituto de Perfeccionamiento Docente
(Tucumán) Los resultados obtenidos señalan que la apariciónde los problemas de aprendizaje está en relación con los
problemas socio-familiares o de índole física de los alumnos.
En menor medida, se señala la incidencia de la insuficiente
capacitación pedagógica de los docentes. Asimismo, indican
que los problemas de aprendizaje se manifiestan como
problemas de comportamiento y falta de hábitos.

Abstract
INTUITION AND SOMETHING MORE? THE REPRESENTATIONS
OF THE TEACHING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OF LEARNING
The representations that the teaching build about their students
they orient and they decide their actions, so much in the
organization of their educational tasks as in the processes of
evaluation. Different studies carried out, in and out of the national
environment theycontribute in this sense (Oyola y otros, 1994;
Kaplan, 1992; 1997). This work exposes the investigation carried
out with the purpose to know and to understand the meanings
that the educational attribute to the problems of learning. From
methodological qualitative viewpoint were interviewed teaching
students of the Specialization Psycho Pedagogic in consideration
of the diversity in theInstitute of Perfect Teaching (Tucumán)
The results obtained indicate that the apparition of the problems
of learning is in relation to the social family problems or of
physical kind of the students. In smaller measure, the incident
of the insufficient pedagogical training of the educational is
