Investigacion Ingles Tag Questions













































TRES REGLAS BASICAS QUE DEBES RECORDAR
1.
Los tag questions utilizan siempre los verbos auxiliares.
2.
Con oraciones afirmativas utilizamos un tagquestion en NEGATIVO.
3.
Con oraciones negativas utilizamos un tag question en AFIRMATIVO o POSITIVO.


Formación
be o auxiliar
Si el verbo de la frase es una forma de be, se usa la misma forma enla question tag.

Your dog is very big, isn’t he? 

Nota
En la question tag negativa de I am, se usará are.
I am clever, aren’t I? 

Si el predicado de la oración incluye un auxiliar, en la question tag solo seusará el auxiliar.

You have already fed him, haven’t you? 




Cuando la oración no contiene ni el verbo be ni un auxiliar, se usará la forma correspondiente del auxiliar do para la question tag.He just wants to play, doesn’t he? 
You taught him to behave, didn’t you? 


Pronombres
Siempre es necesario utilizar un pronombre en la question tag. Si la oración no contiene un nombre u otrosustantivo, en la question tag habrá que usar el pronombre correspondiente.

Para las personas y otros seres vivos de los que conocemos el género, se usará he/she para el singular y they para el plural.

:Your dog is very big, isn’t he? 

Ya sabemos que el perro es macho.

En todos los demás casos, para el singular se usará it.

:
His name is Fluffy, isn’t it? 

Aquí no estamos hablando del animal, sino del nombre. El nombre no es un ser viviente y por ello se usará it.

Si la oración ya lleva un pronombre sujeto, se usará ese mismo pronombre en la question tag.

:
He doesn’t bite, does he? You have already fed him, haven’t you?
ORACIONES  AFIRMATIVAS  CON EL VERBO TO BE EN PRESENT SIMPLE O CONTINUO.

Se utiliza la misma forma del verbo en NEGATIVO: aren't you? isn't he? isn't she? isn't it?aren't we? aren't you? aren't they? Aquí tienes algunos ejemplos:
It's a beautiful day, isn't it? (Es un día hermoso, ¿no?)
Martha is angry, isn't she? (Marta está enojada, ¿verdad?)
