For more than half a century, IPS® Corporation has been continually refining – and redefining– plumbing industry
technologies. We were the first to produce a reliable cement for use with PVC, CPVC,and ABS pipe and fittings,
and the first to introduce plastic recessed washing machine and icemaker outlet boxes.
Today, IPS Corp. offers the industry’s most advanced, extensive mix of plumbing products, all of them designed
to help plumbers do a faster, more professional job. Featuring solutions from seven IPS brands, our products are
available through a nationwide network of distributors who arecommitted to providing fast, efficient, customerfocused service.

The era of plastic piping in the United States began in 1954 with
the introduction of Weld-ON® PVC 710™, America's first plastic
pipe cement. Through the 1960's, IPS introduced several other
PVC transition and ABS cements, cleaners, and primers. Today,
Weld-On offers the widest range of solvent cements for plumbing,
industrialgrade pipe, and fittings up to 30". Weld-On formulations
are all low VOC, all the time.

Beginning with the industry’s first washing machine outlet box
in1958, the Guy Gray line has evolved into a broad line of high
quality products, including FR-12 Fire Rated Boxes, Stainless
Steel, White Powder Coated, Dual Drain, Dishwasher, Dryer, and
Gas Outlet Boxes. The initial offering of domesticvalves now
includes Single Lever, Quarter Turn, and Hammer Arrester Valves
with Solder, PEX, CPVC, and other connections.

In 1969, Water-Tite standardized laundry connections with the
first plastic Washing Machine Recessed Outlet Box. In 1978,
we expanded our reputation as industry innovators with the first
recessed Ice Maker Outlet Box. Labor-saving products also
include the 3 N 1™Multi-Size Roof Flashing, Right Strap™ MultiFunctional Clamp, Single Shot Insulating Clamp, TechnoFlange,
Angle Stop Boxes and Dimple Valve, and Stabilizer Support
System. Today, the Water-Tite product line offers a wide range of
plastic labor-saving specialty plumbing products.

Since 1931, the AB&A™ product family has grown to include a
full line of plastic and brass bath wastes, plastic, castiron, and
brass plumbing drains and fittings, clean outs, and associated
accessories. Easy-to-install AB&A bath wastes are offered in an
assortment of special finishes to complement today's designs and
customer preferences. A wide range of lavatory, floor, and shower
drains are available in plastic, bronze, or cast brass. Recognized
for its consistent high quality, AB&A products are used in bothnew
construction ans retrofit markets.

Test-Tite® has been manufacturing a complete line of pneumatic
and mechanical test plugs for more than 40 years. The full line
of pneumatic test plugs includes Standard, Multi-size, Cleanout,
Long, Bypass Pneumatic Plugs, and the all-new patented Pressure
Relief Pneumatic Test Plug for use in residential, commercial,
and underground markets. Ourpneumatic plugs come standard
with a heavy wall thickness, allowing for a 3-year limited warranty.
Our full line of mechanical test plugs includes the all-new,
patentpending Mechanical Cleanout Test Plug.

In 1970, Studor’s founder, Sture Ericson, developed AAV
technology, which was brought to the United States in 1986.
Today, Studor® remains the only specialized AAV manufacturer
in the world,with millions of valves successfully installed in North
America and worldwide. Studor has pioneered AAV technology
since its introduction. Accordingly, AAVs are commonly referred to
as “Studor vents” – the brand name in the industry. The expertise
