Part I: Identify main problem:

We as a group decided that the program of our research has to be the lack of cleaning process that the university has for the bathrooms in the faculty.

We assumethat because of the extended research process that we used.

First, we decided to establish what the things are or lack of it that make students’ satisfaction decrease by using the bathrooms andtoilets of our Faculty.

This could be noticed by using the surveys that we collect all over the faculty (see annex 1).
With these surveys already weighted, we assumed which problems could be themore important and delete the less important.

After the selection of the more important issues that the cleaning process had we decided to use the Ishikawa procedure so we could classified the top5 problems that we can manage and solve in a short period of time. (See annex 2)

Because of finding the top 5 problems of the cleaning process of the bathrooms we proceed to do the Pareto Chartsso we can find the most important issue or problem that affects this process. (See annex 3)

After the results of the Pareto charts were shown we certified these results by making the SelectionMatrix making sure that this problem was the most important of all the rest. (See annex 4)

Annex 1 : TABULATION OF QUESTIONS

Question 1:
We found that the 80% of the respondents (12) said thatthey are dissatisfied with the cleaning of the bathrooms while the 20% of the respondents (3) show discomfort.
Question 1.2:
We find out that the respondents 73% (11) go in the bathroomsapproximately 4 of 5 times because they are satisfied with the cleaning of the bathrooms
Also we could see that the 27% (4) inform that they should enter the bathrooms 3 times but only enter 2 because theyshow discomfort with the cleaning of these.

Question 2:
We found that the 66% of the respondents (10) doesn’t find the implements of the bathrooms and the 34% (5)said they find them all the time....
