•Before EPICOR hired a new Hiring Manager I was in charge developing reports forCEO's and Director's. I pulled out this information from ATS System (TALEO). I also was in charge of 2 people an Intern and Contract Recruiter. I also took a course of Boolean Mastery by Irina Shamaeva.
•EPICOR still using my report formats.
•Source candidates through cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and other methods to attract top talent.•Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
•Work with various departments, including Sales, Finance, IT, Consulting, and Support.
•Communicate with hiring managers to gather requirements on new requisitions and new hires.
•Update and maintain the Epicor Application Tracking System (Taleo)
•Create and update reports to track new hires, and openrequisitions
