* In Chile is legal start to drive since 18 years old, but is a person at that age enough mature and responsible?. Lately we had knowabout so many cars accidents because of one reason: Driving Drunk, wich affect to travelers, walkers and innocent people in general.
* In consequence the governmenthas take different rules and approve a law to avoid these accidents.

* The traumatism caused because of cars accidents are an important problem of public healthand one of the principal causes of discapacity around the world, every year die 1,2 million people for accidents in the public road. The consume of alcohol increases therisk of drivers and walkers to be part of an accident. The alcohol prejudices the vision and the reflects and bring dangerous behaviors like speeding and drive withoutseat belt.

* Zero tolerance to alcohol in driving. Since March 15, 2012 governed this law which is looking stop the irresponsibility of drunk driving and decreasethe number of die people on accidents.

* The famous case is the one of Jaqueline Saburido, is a Venezuelan burn victim who advocates against Drunk Driving. OnSeptember 19, 1999, Here’s a little bit of her history, Jaqueline attended a birthday party near Texas, She and her friends decided to head home  and accepted a ride homefrom a classmate At the same time, Reginald Stephey, an 18-year-old  student, was on his way home after drinking beers with his friends at a party. Her friends dieinstantly and Saburido's feet were trapped under the seat, preventing her from escaping finally the 60% of her body was burned and she has undergone more than 120 operations.
