Requirements:

• Responsibility for 2nd level application support including theactivities required to support, maintain, enhance, and
configure applications systems
• Competence in ITIL processes
• Perform incident handling, service restoration, documentation, problem identification, logging and tracking,
troubleshooting, resolution, and escalations as required
• Interface with vendors for technical support
• Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd level support
Knowledge andSkills
• University degree, College Diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
• Technical background with proven trouble shooting skills
• Strong organization and analytical skills with excellent attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Provide periodic after-hours support
