Japanese management characteristics

There are an endless number of features which we highlight the most important and meaningful to compare this approach with the West.

• One of the main features of group orientation and emphasis on group harmony. The interest of a group is placed on the individual. The man is bodyand soul and loyal to the group. A chief responsibility is to build, promote, reinforce and strengthen harmony.

• Another is the orientation to the community and overall concern for people. The company itself is concerned about privacy of their employees, while dealing with their performance at work.
