JOB ANLYSIS
Company description: “EL Rayo” a chain of shoes stores, Granada, Spain.
This company was established in 1959, and since then has not stopped growing. It consists of 5 stores in the city of Granada and 3 in the city of Jaen, Spain. Actually, it is one of the most important shoe stores in Granada and Jaen.
The shoes chain sells women's shoes, men and children. The company qualityaims above all at prices very tight.
Decide on Plan: Due to the poor economic situation that is currently happening Spain, “El Rayo” must develop a corporate plan based on strengthening customer loyalty, leading policies to keep the customer satisfied.
Shoe stores “El Rayo” is entered in e-commerce in order to facilitate their client buys or has made substantial discounts on their products,without losing its policy of maintaining the quality of its products.
For the year 2013-2014 is intended to emphasize the good value of their products, especially those shoes every day, as they are the best selling range. The company will strengthen the marketing department, and stay up to date of all strategies for customer satisfaction
Organizational Chart:
Actually, the organization chart of thecompany has a Managing director, which in this company is the owner. This company has a Supply Manager directed by the Marketing Manager. Also in every shop of shoes there is a manager of the shop and of the shop assistants.

Due to the fact that the chain of shoe stores wants to take a new plan for the future, adapting to the new situation of Spain, it has decided to create a department ofMarketing, naming to a Marketing Manager. This department will be responsible for conducting sales strategies and communication including advertising and public relations.
With the help of the Supply Manager, they were taking strategies to themselves in the prices and a strong campaign will be carried out to reinforce the loyalty of the client.

Tasks and duties of the supervisor in this position are directing, planning and coordinating the overall activities of the company. To glide and to develop goals in the short and long term together with annual aims, to create and to support good relations with the customers and suppliers to support the good functioning of the company. To realize periodic evaluations brings over of thefulfillment of the functions of the different departments.
