Pero entonces cuanto sabemos acerca de estos asistentes o auxiliares silenciosos?. Presentémosle, para empezar está el master de todos: el ordenador,también conocido como PC o la terminal. No necesitamos decir nada más. Luego viene el teléfono, la pareja perfecta para el PC. De esta unión obtenemos un chico brillante: la interconexión y el hermano menor, el correo electrónico no hace falta decir, el teléfono tiene otra importante combinación: el facsímile conocido como fax, el mensaje de voz, dispositivo de repuesta en una empresa, similar a lo dela máquina de repuesta de nuestra casa. La familia también está compuesta de otros miembros, el triturador de papeles es una maquina muy útil para destruir papeles los cuales no son necesarios tenerlos pero que contienen información confidencial que no deberían ser leídos por otra personas accidentalmente.
La fotocopiadora es un aliado invaluable para ahorrar tiempo y un viejo amigo de losestudiantes, desafortunadamente este dispositivo muy útil es frecuentemente mal utilizado cuando las personas fotocopian libros dañando el derecho del autor entre otras cosas.
