Argument
In 1969, two boys bury a chest containing a dangerous object in the forest nearBrantford, New Hampshire. In 1969, the 12-year-old Alan Parrish flees from a gang of thugs at the shoe factory owned by his father, Sam, where he meets his friend Carl Bentley, one of Sam'semployees. When Alan accidentally damages a machine and blasting a new design for sports shoes, Carl accepts the blame and loses his job. Outside the factory, after the thugs stole his bike, Alan hears thesound of tribal drums and follows them to a construction site and finds a box containing a board game called "Jumanji".
Alan takes the game, after an argument with her father decides to leave home,but now it appears his friend Sarah Whittle, the former girlfriend of the leader of the bullies, to return your bike. The two begin a game of Jumanji, which works in a strange way: When a player rollsthe dice, the player's piece moves and a message on the board.
