Description of the company.

KASUT is a company aimed at providing shoes of the best quality to customers around the globe, mainly north America and Europe.

Shoes are carefully designed by recognized people in the fashion industry we want to expand our business as soon as possible to Europe because that’s the place where fashion gets serious.

MissionTo offer luxury and comfortable shoes, be trendy and always look forward to the future for the satisfaction of our customers.

Vision

To provide our clients the satisfaction of having the best products on their feet along with high status, be present in the most prestigious department and specialty stores worldwide.













Chapter 1 BASIC INFORMATION

GeneralExportation Elements.

It is well known that the first thing to do is to identify the product to be exported, in this case are shoes and the destinations we want are north America and Europe, because we know that those are the places that will let us reach high income.

In order to export, we need to know some basic elements about our product which are:

1. Volume: we are going to limit the number ofshoes that we are going to export. In this case we are going to send about 5,000 pairs per month to the retailers that are going to be sears, liverpool, palacio de hierro, macys, etc. this is done with the purpose of making them more special given that they’re not gotten easily.

2. Quality: The shoes are going to be produced with excellent quality, they are going to be comfort, flexible, thedesigns will be made by specialized people in the fashion industry, also recognized in order to increase our client list.

3. Price: our company is all about luxury and style, so the prices are going to be according to it, we want to reach high class people and celebrities.

4. Service: Means how we are going to send the products. Our main source would be airway, trucks, and in extreme casesby shipping and our customers of course will have a post-sell service in order to check how satisfied they are and if they had any trouble.

Know our market

As it was mentioned above we want to export mainly to north America (specially New York) and Europe, specially to France, Italy, Spain because those are places where the fashion and design industry is really strong and we know that we willhave a lot of revenue if we take advantage of that.

Distribution channels.

There are several ways by which we can send our product to our target markets, but our main focus Is to establish an office in the market abroad, for example in France that via internet or a system that we will create can ask us for what products their need so we can send them monthly or weekly.Chapter 2 DOCUMETS AND TRAMITS TO EXPORT



In order to export, KASUT company must have certain elements that are:

RFC "Registro Federal de Contribuyentes"




In order to be able to operate we must be registered at the federal registry of contributors, with this we will be following the law and we have to go and register to Hacienda in order haveit, KASUT as a moral person, with lucrative goals, is an Anonymous society.




Intelectual property



It is highly important for us that all our designs are protected to avoid plagiarism, our logo and every shoe design will be copyrighted so that our competition can´t use it, this is important because KASUT’s designers cost a lot so our designs must be under protection by the law, thiswill also be one of our competitive advantages.



Mark of Origin.



The KASUT shoes will have the Mexican brand. So it will have printed "Made in Mexico", at the language of the countries that we are going to sell them.
