When the morning comes I’m always very sleepy and I can’t concentrate at what I’m doing at work. As a result, I usually feel nervous and tiredand this causes a lot of stress on me. What should I do?
* Do not stay up late when it is not necessary
* Do not watch too much TV
* Eat properly and drink lots of water
* Get up asearly as possible
* See a doctor if the problem continues
* Stop thinking about your day when you go to sleep
* Try to get some fresh air and exercise now and then
