Ladies and Gentlemen, 15 long years, 3 months and 27 days ago, this speech was born. Today in the country we live, we love and we respect, many things have changed, but some others didn’t.One of those things is the health, in some way disappointing to see how many people die in the hospital entrance and not in one of their stretchers. Or watching that old man begging for help while herwife is holding her sick baby? Is that even fair for being a human?
Corruption and Egoism are taking our dignity and time, taking the money that should be sent to the most needed hospitals, but itdoesn’t happen. My mission since 1996, October 2nd 11pm until my death is to bring people that missing health, that missing portion of their lives, that missing part of their rights, from their birthuntil their death. Last day I saw a bunch of people, in their majority farmers with their sons, set to wait for a consultation, and when I went upstairs, ironically bunch of men and women with elegantclothes and elegant accent were attended first, seriously? Is that how society has degraded itself? Well so, my dream is specially that, change all that negative things into positive things, people maysay its impossible but, to make possible the things that are impossible is to do what they tell you, you cant do. My dream is to be in my first surgically room, the strong lights pointing the patientI need to manage, assistants waiting me, and finally cutting with that blade the skin to reach to the most interesting organ for me, the heart. When you see it, its like watching a small baby jump andjump, messy and annoying but it’s a clear example of a divine creation of God. But as said before, society has degraded to a sad level, which people uses things to satisfy for a small lapse of time,and long and permanently consequences. Also my dream, since a was a small kid, instead of being an astronaut, each time I saw a poor man begging with her baby in her arms, I saw how dirty they were,...
